PCU Parent Organization :

The Arab Academy for Advanced Studies and Continuous Education is an educational, training, research, and development entity whose vision stems from making education and training the foundation for the advancement of nations. Its mission is summarized in serious and innovative education and training in its topics, methods, and tools.

The Arab Academy for Advanced Studies and Continuous Education includes:

1. The Education and Training Sector, which focuses on developing the cadres of Arab institutions according to a specific code to raise their levels to match their peers in developed countries.
2. The Studies and Research Sector, whose tasks include conducting studies and research for agencies, ministries, and companies in the Arab world, conducting research and development, establishing and activating research and development units, conducting industrial analysis, and linking Arab institutions with the latest global equipment.
3. The Quality Sector, whose tasks include planning quality programs, developing quality files, preparing Arab bodies and institutions for quality assurance, and linking Arab institutions with international bodies in the field of quality.

Each of the aforementioned sectors is subordinate to a Planning Department, an Implementation and Follow-up Department, and a Technical Support Department.

Person Certification Unit :

Recently, a new section was introduced as the Person Certification Unit; PCU, which is responsible for the certification of persons. The overall purpose of PCU is to recognize an individual's competence to perform a task or job. PCU’s objective is to provide value through public confidence and trust. Public confidence relies on a valid assessment of competence, by a third party, reconfirmed at defined intervals.

PCU is a leading organization unit that is committed to all the principals in the area of person certifications. We are committed to follow international standards of person certification.
